I dont have much expreience with creating custom MSI, but I am willing to give it a try.
I would like to Install SQL Server Express 2008 + SSMSE via a oneclick operation.
I do not need any special actions such as creating DB's or attaching them at installation time. I just would like to to automate the installation of these 2 items. The only thing that I want to change about the install is the default Instance name. I have searched around but I dont seem to be able to find anything that I can understand to be a solution.
I do have and use Visual Studio Professional 2008, which has some sort of Deployment Package Project item.
