Cannot uninstall SQL2008R2 evaluation(enterprise) edition on a Windows 2008 R2 failover cluster standby node

When SQL2008R2 evaluation(enterprise) edition is uninstalled on a Windows 2008 R2 failover cluster standby node, the system configuration check will generate the “Cluster_IsUserAdmin”, “Cluster_IsWMIServiceOperational”, and the “Cluster_RemoteRegistryServiceFacet” errors in the system check report. (see SystemConfigurationCheck_Report below)

Cluster_RemoteRegistryServiceFacet Checks whether the Remote Registry service is enabled. Failed Remote Registry service is disabled on this computer.
Cluster_IsMachineClustered Checks whether the local computer is a node in a Windows failover cluster. Passed The local computer is a node in a Windows failover cluster.
Cluster_IsOnline Verifies that the cluster service is online. Passed The cluster service is online.
Cluster_IsUserAdmin Checks whether the user running this Setup operationp has remote access on the remote cluster node(s). Passed The user running this Setup operation has remote access on the remote cluster node(s).
Cluster_IsWMIServiceOperational Checks whether the WMI service is running on the cluster because Setup is dependent on this service. Passed The WMI is running on the cluster node.
