I'm trying to install CU4 on a server with SQL Server Database Engine, SSAS and SSRS installed (SharePoint 2013 is also installed on the same development server).
When I extract the CU and double click-it, I get an UAC warning (on which I click OK of course), but then nothing happens.
Nothing is written to the logs (I also checked if it has permissions to write to the log folder). Normally a white box should pop-up saying SQL Server 2012 set-up is processing the current operation.
Nothing is written to the event logs.
Installing through the command line doesn't make a difference.
Any ideas?
(update on another machine went just fine)
