Unable to add data connection Could not load file or assembly ''microsoft.sqlserver.management.sdk.sfc, version 11.0.0'

I  have VS 2012 Ultimate and SQL Server 2008 R2 Version I have installed SharedManagementObjects SQLSysClrTypes but it did not get resolved.I have installed almost everything to resolve this but nothing worked out.I have tried everything under the sky to resolve this but could not get the solution.Please I need an urgent help for this!!!
