SP4 update failure with Error Number : 11032

Hi Team,

Today I had installed SQL server 2005 SP4 on windows 2008.  Except database services all services has been updated with SQL SP4.

Please do find the below error:

Error Number              : 11032
Error Description         : Unable to install Windows Installer MSP file

I found the below KB in MS and checked the path in the server and am able to see the mentioned folder.
