I'm trying to run the Advisor on an instance on my SQL 2008 server.
It runs and passes 2 of the instances and both the Reporting and Analysis services, but the problem is that at Rule 48 of 105 it stops and gives a status of Error, then in the report says everything is fine, which it can't be.
I've double checked the permissions etc. and can't see any reason for this failure.
I can happily log into each instance and the databases are all working as far as I can tell
